Executive Sounding Board
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This page explains, simply, what personal data we collect and what happens to it. Executive Sounding Board is a confidential service — the same principle applies to the data you entrust to us.
The data controller is EmpowerAll Michał Piotrowski (sole proprietorship), ul. Grzybowska 2/31, 00-131 Warszawa, Poland. VAT: PL8542161755, REGON 320644729, operating the “Executive Sounding Board” service at michalpiotrowski.com. For any data matter, contact: esb@michalpiotrowski.com | +1 331 306 7775.
Payment card data is handled solely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers or other card data.
If you opt in to receive text messages from Executive Sounding Board, we collect your mobile phone number to send messages related to your consultation request (confirmations, scheduling, and follow-ups). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
See also our SMS Terms.
Your booking data, including your phone number, is stored by our scheduling provider Zencal and by us (EmpowerAll Michał Piotrowski), for the purpose of delivering the service. We use the following service providers, which process data only to the extent needed for their function, on our behalf and under confidentiality:
Provider information: Contentsquare privacy, Meta privacy policy.
Declining or withdrawing analytics/marketing consent does not limit access to content or the ability to book a call. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
A “zero-trace” rule applies: calls are not recorded, we keep no notes of their content and no summaries. What is said during a call stays between its participants.
The site distinguishes three scopes: necessary (needed for the site to work and to store your privacy choice), analytics (Contentsquare), and marketing (Meta Pixel). For visitors recognized as being in the USA, Contentsquare and Meta Pixel may start on entry, with on-page notice and settings to disable them immediately; for the EU/EEA and unrecognized regions they start only after your choice. The Global Privacy Control signal and an enabled “Do Not Track” setting block Contentsquare and Meta Pixel regardless of region. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days and can be changed via “Privacy settings” in the footer of the homepage.
Some providers (in particular Meta, Zoom, Stripe and Contentsquare) may process data outside the European Economic Area, using the safeguards indicated in their documentation (an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
Booking and service data is kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship, then for the period required by law or needed to defend against claims. Accounting documents are kept for the statutory period.
Depending on the situation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object, and withdraw consent. For data matters, write to esb@michalpiotrowski.com. Individuals covered by applicable U.S. state laws may also request to opt out of the sale/sharing of data and of targeted advertising, where that law applies; on this site we honor “Privacy settings” and the Global Privacy Control signal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland).
